DESCRIPTION
Request for Proposal (RFP) Development
- Develop review and finalize RFPs documents in coordination with the concerned business units.
- Respond to vendors queries with regards to RFP document in consultation with the concerned business units.
Contract Drafting & Review
- Develop standards for contracts in conjunction with legal department.
- Prepare contracts and agreements in accordance with approved templates.
- Ensure accuracy and appropriateness of contract text and attachments and ensure adequacy and completeness of technical terms.
- Discuss negotiate and serve as primary contact during contract negotiations with vendors.
Contract Variation & Termination management
- Identify and analyse the need for contract amendment when requested by BU.
- Prepare and issue Variation Order and engage with Business Unit Finance & Legal as per GCAA process / Authority matrix
- Support in recommend technical legal financial actions according to performance.
Contract Expiration management
- Ensure that contracts and proposals are properly entered into Contract Repository and securely maintained.
- Update the status of the contract in the contract register.
- Review the bond release/ liquidation notification.
Reporting
- Ensure that all functional reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet GCAA requirements and quality standards.
Knowledge and Experiences:
Bachelors Degree in business administration Engineering or equivalent with 0 2 years experience in a relevant function.
