Nursing Supervisor

Education and Licensing: Bachelor’s degree in nursing, advanced certifications in health administration or administrative nursing preferred. Must be registered with the local health authority and hold the necessary license to practice the nursing profession.

Experience: Practical experience in the field of nursing for not less than a certain number of years, preferably including supervisory or administrative experience for employees in the medical field.

Leadership skills: Good administrative and leadership abilities, such as the ability to organize a team, motivate it, and develop strategic plans to raise the efficiency of health care.

Personal skills: High communication skills, the ability to interact with patients and the medical team effectively, and the ability to make decisions at critical moments.
