Responsibilities:
- Develop and Build their Key Drivers in their country OMP. Ensure execution by conducting the MOR.
- Responsible to achieve their sales targets, meet the set budgets and ensure good ROI while delivering on best-in-class service levels.
- Lead, coach, give regular feedback and recognize their team efforts and results (direct and also BSP teams).
- Support with building key customer relationship for sustainable business growth, conducting JBP. Implement effective spend strategy, optimizing leads generation process via trade shows, tele sales, direct contact, etc...
- Compliance to internal SOP's and processes. Review policies annually to make sure they are still valid.
- Identify areas of opportunity and potential for improvement for the business
