Job Summary:

We are looking for a resultsdriven and relationshipfocused Key Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of highvalue clients in the iGaming industry. This role is responsible for building longterm relationships optimizing player value and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication performance analysis and strategic support. The ideal candidate will have experience in account management a strong understanding of iGaming products (casino sportsbook) and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced datadriven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key clients ensuring high levels of engagement retention and satisfaction
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts providing ongoing support and performance updates
  • Understand clients business needs and align solutions to help them achieve their goals
  • Analyze account performance player data and campaign results to identify growth opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing product support finance) to deliver seamless service
  • Monitor client activity and behavior to proactively address any issues or opportunities
  • Negotiate and renew contracts or agreements as needed
  • Stay informed on industry trends competitor activity and regulatory changes relevant to your markets
  • Prepare and deliver regular performance reports forecasts and strategic reviews

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in clientfacing roles preferably in the iGaming sector
  • Strong knowledge of online casino operations
  • Excellent communication negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Datadriven mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs and analytics
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field
