Job Description

- Perform the night audit function accurately and in a timely manner
- Verify the accuracy of guest folios and room rates
- Balance and reconcile all revenue and settlement accounts
- Handle guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift
- Assist with security procedures and monitor hotel premises
- Prepare daily reports and communicate important information to the management team
- Handle any guest complaints or issues effectively and professionally
