Multifamily Superintendent

Your new company

Our client is a general contracting firm located in Washington DC. They specialize in commercial construction, renovations, historic restoration, and multi-family residential projects in DC, MD, and VA. They’re looking for a Superintendent to join their team to manage multifamily projects across DC.

Your new role

As the Superintendent, you’ll work in conjunction with the Project Manager to oversee all field operations, site safety, schedule/productivity, and quality of work.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or relevant field is preferred
• 5+ years in the construction industry (multi-family and commercial preferred)
• 2+ years as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent
• OSHA 30 and First Aid Certified
