Minimum Qualifications
- Unlimited STCW ’95 Chief Engineer’s license (Motor)
Minimum Experience
- Minimum 4-5 years shore experience as Port Engineer or Engineering Superintendent on AHTS or DP Vessels
- Sailing Experience as Chief Engineer on Offshore Vessels
Skills
- The ability to manage the team
- Ability to delegate tasks between team members
- Interpersonal and communication (both oral and written) skills
- Problem-solving and strategic planning ability
- The ability to cope with pressure and challenges;
- Commercial awareness and understanding of business environments
