QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Experience in container terminal operations will be an advantage. Appx: 6 to 8 years.
- Experience in a supervisor role in a container terminal will be an advantage. Appx: 3 years.
- Education: Minimum Degree level (Port Management, Business Management, Trade, Shipping and Logistics, or any relevant area).
- Experience in managing container terminal operating systems (Zodiac, NAVIS, Cosmos, etc.).
- Fully conversant with safety procedures.
- Strong ICT skills.
- Goal and achievement-oriented.
- Decision-making and analytical ability.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English.
