Effectively integrate cost, schedule and document control components of the work being managed.
Manage a team of planners and other technical teams where required.
Oversee document control and lead the development of the document control system.
Develop and maintain project information systems including information compilation and reporting.
Work in coordination with the Contracts Department.
Develop and maintain the project implementation manual.
Manage equipment and supplies for the project management team.
Develop a project management report.
Review correspondence and site documents for compliance with provisions of contract documents.
Correctly run the project implementation plan.
Preparing and periodically processing site reports.
Managing internal correspondence (between the site and development offices) to comply with the provisions of the contract documents.
Maintenance of contract documents. Perform commercial review of tender submissions and verify content and compliance with tender instructions.
Processing contractor documents.
Review the initial work breakdown structure and reporting system.
Review and evaluate the Master's program schedule and design and construction procurement schedule, including third party influences or restrictions.
