The Connected Warfare division builds systems to support global command and control missions. We create joint time-sensitive multi-domain ubiquitous connected mesh ecosystems. Our technology enables connected warfare with disproportional impact by connecting every robot human and sensor in every domain bringing together hundreds of thousands of endpoints across the globe. We are the substrate that provides the source of truth for time-sensitive decisions effectively transforming the way that militaries close kill chains and enable mission autonomy.
The Mission Operations (MOPs) team is responsible for managing the execution growth and success of our customer accounts. Based out of our regional hub in the UAE our team owns customer relationships across the GCC. We work side-by-side with operators to deploy our Connected Warfare products in support of their missions. Because the problems we solve are uniquely challenging our team members naturally gravitate toward finding solutions navigating hurdles and doing whatever it takes to ensure mission success.
ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking an ambitious hands-on Mission Operations Specialist to lead the deployment user training and day-to-day operational success of our Connected Warfare products in Kuwait.
Based out of our UAE office you will be the primary technical and operational bridge to our Kuwaiti defense and national security customers. This is not a desk job. You will be on the ground in Kuwait up to 50% of the time working directly with end-users setting up tactical mesh networks integrating sensors and ensuring our command and control (C2) software performs flawlessly in the field.
This is an execution-focused role designed for a highly capable technically minded professional ready to take immense ownership of a key GCC defense account.
Key Responsibilities:
- Orchestrate Tactical Deployments: Lead the physical deployment and configuration of our Connected Warfare hardware software and sensor networks in support of Kuwaiti customer missions.
- Train the Operator: Design and deliver hands-on training to military security and tactical operators ensuring they are fully capable of utilizing our mesh networks and C2 systems.
- Bridge the Gap to Engineering: Work side-by-side with users in the field to understand their specific workflow challenges translating real-world operational requirements back to our engineering teams in the UAE and globally.
- Drive Local Account Success: Build trust-based relationships with mid-level officers and technical stakeholders in Kuwait to ensure high system adoption and uncover future mission needs.
- Cross-Functional Execution: Coordinate with UAE-based logistics legal and engineering teams to ensure deployments in Kuwait are executed seamlessly and meet strict timelines.

WHAT YOULL DO:
- Serve in a customer-facing capacity working directly with Kuwaiti defense/security entities to deploy Connected Warfare products.
- Own the delivery of operational contracts including system setups performance monitoring and creating user engagement roadmaps.
- Design and implement user feedback loops to gather triage and prioritize requirements and software bugs found during field use or training exercises.
- Provide direct input to product development teams to drive features that enhance user workflows and operational efficiency.
- Travel frequently between the UAE and Kuwait (up to 50% travel) to support active operations field testing and training events.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior experience in field operations technical deployment defense technology tactical communications systems integration or technical customer success roles.
- Strong technical aptitude with a proven ability to troubleshoot hardware software and basic IP networking/RF communications in the field.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with tactical operators and technical teams.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Based in the UAE (or willing to relocate) with a passport/visa status that allows for rapid seamless travel to Kuwait.
- Ability to obtain and maintain necessary local security clearances required for Kuwaiti military and government installations.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Academic background in Engineering Computer Science Information Technology or a related technical field.
- Prior experience or familiarity with military operations C2 (Command & Control) systems intelligence workflows or unmanned systems.
- Experience configuring or troubleshooting tactical networks sensors or edge-computing devices.
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience education and/or training critical skills and/or business considerations.
