Role Summary and Impact
The Media Manager will be the key driver of brand growth and engagement by developing and executing innovative media strategies across diverse channels. You willbe responsible forensuring that media plans are aligned with marketing strategies and areoptimizedto delivermaximumROI. This role requires a strong understanding of both traditional and digital media as well as the ability tomaintainrelationships with media vendors and internal teams.
- Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies across various channels (digital social print broadcast etc.).
- Plan execute andoptimizemedia campaigns across paid earned and owned media channels.
- Collaborate with content creators designers and other team members to develop media content that aligns with the brands voice and goals.
- Allocate and manage media budgets to maximize return on investment (ROI) while staying within the marketing budget.
- Track andanalyzeperformance metrics for media campaigns providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Build andmaintainrelationships with media outlets influencers and advertising agencies.
- Manage the companys social media accounts ensuring consistent brand messaging andtimelyresponses to audience interactions.
- Assistin managing crisis communication and reputation management via media outlets as needed.

- Proventrack recordof developing and executing successful media campaigns.
- Remain up to date with market trends and understand the market and customer demographics.
