The MEP Quantity Surveyor will be a full-time, on-site position in KSA, Umluj. The primary duties involve:
- Coordinating and calculating the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing quantities.
- Interactively liaising with clients and the project team.
- Developing and controlling the projects' budget.
- Contracts administration.
- Preparation and submission of claims and variation orders.
- Preparation of subcontractors' payment valuation and certification.
