MEP Project Manager

• Lead and manage the entire MEP construction process for a major development project in Abu Dhabi, from inception through testing and commissioning.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, associates, and partners to ensure alignment and achievement of project milestones.
• Develop and implement project plans, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to ensure successful project delivery within specified timelines and budget constraints.
• Provide strong leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high-performance.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop effective mitigation strategies to ensure project objectives are met.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications, keeping stakeholders informed about project status, risks, and opportunities.
• Oversee the procurement of MEP materials, equipment, and services, ensuring compliance with quality standards and project requirements.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and approve technical documents, designs, and drawings to ensure they align with project specifications and objectives.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless coordination and execution of project activities.
• Continuously evaluate project performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices to optimize project outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in managing MEP construction projects, with a focus on large-scale developments.
• Proven experience in successfully leading and delivering MEP projects from concept to completion, preferably within the Abu Dhabi construction industry.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, regulations, codes, and standards.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and drive project success.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a hands-on and proactive approach.
• Existing residency and work eligibility in Abu Dhabi, including Golden visa holders, is highly preferred.
• Western education background and familiarity with Abu Dhabi's construction landscape is a significant advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing project requirements.
