- Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent is required.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Relevant experience on FM O&M projects is required.
- Registration as a licensed professional engineer is highly preferred.
- Extensive experience in HVAC, plumbing, sanitary, utilities, BMS, sustainability, smoke control, sprinklers and rainwater systems for renovations and new constructions is required.
- A good understanding of Health and Safety legislation is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and computer skills.
- Excellent command of the English Language.
