Job Summary
- Develop and maintain detailed 3D models using software such as Autodesk Revit AutoCAD and Navisworks
- Interpret architectural and engineering plans to create integrated building system models
- Perform clash detection and resolve spatial conflicts between structural architectural and MEP components
- Collaborate with architects engineers and construction teams to ensure model accuracy and feasibility
- Generate construction documents material takeoffs and fabrication drawings based on BIM data
- Maintain consistent documentation version control and file organization standards
- Assist in implementing BIM execution plans and company-wide modeling protocols
- Update models based on project changes field data or redline markups
- Support quality control efforts and participate in design coordination meetings
