Job Summary

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop accurate 3D BIM models for HVAC plumbing and firefighting systems using Revit and related software.

  • Produce shop drawings layouts and schematics from BIM models.

  • Ensure compliance with project specifications GCC regulations and international standards (ASHRAE NFPA etc.).

  • Coordinate with architects structural and electrical teams to resolve clashes.

  • Conduct clash detection using Navisworks and implement resolutions.

  • Attend coordination meetings and support seamless integration with other disciplines.

  • Prepare accurate As-Built BIM models and documentation for project handover.

  • Deliver high-quality BIM outputs within deadlines.

Key Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical BIM modeling with at least 2 years on GCC projects.

  • Proven experience with design consulting firms in the Middle East.

  • Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks.

  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC piping firefighting).

  • Familiarity with GCC authority standards (DEWA SEWA ADM etc.) and international codes.

  • Strong teamwork coordination and communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented with ability to work under tight deadlines.

  • Remote work option available for qualified candidates.
