The Marketing Executive will develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness lead generation and customer engagement. This role combines strategic planning creative execution and performance analysis to support business growth across digital and traditional channels.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with company objectives and target audiences.
Manage content creation and distribution across website email social media and paid channels.
Optimize campaigns using SEO SEM PPC and paid social strategies to improve acquisition and conversion metrics.
Analyze performance using Google Analytics and other tools; report insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Collaborate with design and product teams to maintain brand consistency and produce assets using Adobe Creative Suite.
Manage email marketing and CRM segmentation to nurture leads and retain customers.
Plan and control marketing budgets; coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed.
Lead A/B testing and conversion rate optimization initiatives to improve campaign ROI.
Conduct market research and monitor competitive activity to identify opportunities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing Business Communications or related field.
3 years of hands-on marketing experience preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
Proven experience with digital marketing channels analytics and campaign optimization.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling copy and presentations.
Experience with marketing automation CRM platforms and managing paid media budgets.
Detail-oriented organized and able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
