  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to enhance the brand's presence in the local and international market.
  • Brand Management: Oversee the development and management of the brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
  • Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing efforts, including social media strategy, content marketing, SEO, and online advertising.
  • Public Relations: Manage media relations, press releases, and public appearances to enhance the brand's public image.
  • Event Management: Plan and execute high-impact events and promotions that align with the brand's goals and target audience.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing and communication professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the industry.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, making data-driven decisions for improvement.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive branding and marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in the media and entertainment industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing tools and trends.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly advantageous.
