Job Description

- Develop and implement project control processes and procedures to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Monitor project progress and performance to identify areas of improvement and address any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to develop project schedules and budgets
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status and key metrics
- Assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential impact on project delivery
- Manage and track project expenses to ensure adherence to budget constraints
- Lead project control meetings and communicate project status to all stakeholders
- Provide guidance and support to project teams on project control best practices
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle
- Continuously evaluate and improve project control processes to enhance project delivery efficiency.
