• Design, implement, and manage a diverse range of training programs that cater to the needs of various departments and employees.
• Conduct thorough learning needs assessments to identify skill gaps and competency requirements within the workforce and tailor training initiatives accordingly.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, or a related field.
• UAE National with Family Book
• 8+ years of experience in a Learning & Development, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful learning and development strategies.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
