The opportunity

This opportunity is within ourData & AI team focusing onAI Engineering and Generative AI (GenAI)solutions.

As an AI Engineering Manager you will lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative scalable AI solutions that support our clients financial and operational decision-making. You will oversee the development and deployment of intelligent systems using modern AI tools includinglarge language models (LLMs) GenAI platforms and cloud-native services. Your leadership will ensure that AI-driven solutions are designed responsibly and generate measurable value for our clients.

This role will be based inDubaiandcenter of excellence in Jordan and Egypt with remote support for MENA client engagements. Travel may be required based on project needs.

You will also play a key role in growing our AI offerings mentoring junior professionals and shaping strategic AI transformation initiatives in collaboration with Directors and Partners.

Your key responsibilities

As a manager you will be expected to lead the design development and deployment ofAI and GenAI solutionsacross diverse industries while managingproject teams delivering AI use cases ensuring solutions meet business requirements are production-ready and comply with governance standards. You will work with stakeholders to identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities for AI implementation. Also will work on collaborating with data engineers architects and business consultants to integrate AI models into broader enterprise ecosystems.

Moreover you will be responsible to guide the adoption ofLLM and GenAI technologies(e.g. ChatGPT Claude Azure OpenAI HuggingFace) driving innovation in areas such as financial document analysis reporting automation and virtual assistants and ensure AI solutions are scalable ethical explainable and aligned with clients compliance needs.

You shall provide support proposal development and business development initiatives across MENA and stay current with evolving AI trends frameworks and tools helping shape EYs AI capabilities and offerings.

To qualify for the role you should have

• A bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science Engineering Data Science or related)
• Solid hands-on experience building and deployingAI/ML solutionsusing Python and frameworks like TensorFlow PyTorch Scikit-learn
• Familiarity withGenAI toolssuch as OpenAI LangChain HuggingFace Transformers or enterprise GenAI platforms (e.g. Azure OpenAI Google Vertex AI AWS Bedrock)
• Practical experience integratingLLMs and GenAIinto workflows such as document summarization search code generation or chatbots
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure AWS GCP) for deploying ML solutions
• Experience managing the full AI lifecycle: data prep model training validation MLOps and post-deployment monitoring
• A strong understanding of ethical AI data privacy and responsible AI practices
• Flexibility and willingness to travel as required

Ideally youll also have

• Consulting experience with a top-tier firm
• Domain knowledge in sectors such as Government Healthcare Financial Services Telecom or Retail
• Experience with data architecture patterns including data mesh data fabric or hybrid data strategies
• Proficiency in Arabic is a plus
