Responsibilities:
Compliance & legal :
Drive all IFRS / GAAP implementations locally and forecast future impacts Issue Financial statements in alignment with External auditors Submit FS to Ministry and JAFZA Handle ESR reporting and other ad hoc reporting (Transfer pricing, SCAD, Dubai statistics)
Taxation :
Implementation of Corporate tax in UAE Drive all Tax, Transfer pricing and Economic substance submissions Responsible for accurate and timely submission of local taxes
Key Relationships :
All local & global departments
legal / tax / insurance / internal audit / Real estate / FP&A, others)
External stakeholders : Federal Tax authority, Ministry of Finance, Auditors
