To install maintain and repaid plumping systems and fixtures ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of water and drainage in accordance with the applicable regulations and standards.
- Ability to install repair and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures
- Knowledge of water supply systems drainage systems and pipefitting
- Proficient in reading plans and technical diagrams
- Use of hand and power tools
- Problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- knowledge in measuring cutting and assembling materials
- Knowledge in using woodworking tools and machinery
A relevant technical diploma or trade certificate from an internationally accredited institution
At least 2 years relevant experience preferably in a healthcare setting
- Building management systems and lighting control systems
- Knowledge of current wiring regulations
- Relevant JCIA and other related governance and regulatory standards
