KBR is looking for a Site Manager to support the maintenance of crude flexibility project critical equipment at Adnoc Refining Ruwais Abu Dhabi
Summary
Provide day-to-day management monitoring and oversight of activities for the maintenance and lead the complete team.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring maintenance resources provide a productive efficient and cost-effective execution of maintenance schedules across work area
- Support deployment of services in various areas as per workload
- Will coordinate & support in planning of services
- Ensure that the services are performed safely and as per requirements
- Coordinate with Site supervisors and keep daily attendance and report absenteeism. Coordinate with Supervisors for any requirement of any extended time work for any craft and arrange accordingly.
- Ensure the safety of all employees mobilized; ensure adequate PPEs as per the contractual requirement are availed at site.
- Ensure transportation arrangement for employees are well coordinated and they enter Refinery well ahead of time.
- Coordinate for any emergency transportation during duty hours and off-duty hours to bring people for site to Refinery and vice versa for emergency works.
- Settle grievances etc. of employees with management.
Qualifications:
- Any Bachelor Degree OR Diploma from a reputed university/ Institution.
- Able to communicate in English and Arabic fluently.
- Maximum 35- 45 years of age.
- Has min 10 years experience in working at Oil & gas industry
- Has a strong Understanding on HSE Procedures and compliance to Requirements
- Must be able to lead and communicate well at all levels.
