Maintenance Engineer Electrical
Job Summary
Qualification (minimum)
Bachelos Degree in Electrical Engineering or Equivalent.
Experience (minimum)
* Minimum 10-12 years relevant maintenance experience as an engineer in the same dicipline.
* 5 years in maintenance within the Oil & Gas industry at a supervisory level.
Job Description & Responsibilities
* Developing and implementing effective maintenance plans and strategies for electrical systems and
equipment to ensure their reliability and efficiency across facilities AR Site Terminal GA Terminal and
Hail.
* Ensure that maintenance activities do not disrupt production or compromise safety.
* Developing and maintaining a spare parts inventory and Budget Planning.
* Coordinate with the respective OP-MA section regarding the availability of manpower and resources
ensuring that jobs are completed on time.
* Identify the training needs and establish targets for all the Jobs in the electrical section under direct
supervision and implement the approved on-the-job training properly in accordance with the company
training and development system policy and procedure and development programs of Staffs within the
section.
* Develop and maintain effective business relationships with all relevant internal Departments & external
entities such as Contractors Service Providers etc. with highest standards of business ethics whilst
promptly attending to all critical issues in order to ensure the services required by the organization are
delivered in the most effective manner.
* Monitor stock and usage levels of spares consumables and materials to ensure that items are available to
meet requirements and communicate status to respective section in order to facilitate timely
replenishment of stocks.
* Provide effective leadership to building the electrical teamsetting individual objectives managing
performancedeveloping and motivating Staffin order to maximise Subordinate and departmental
performance.
