Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure full compliance towards QMS, EMS & HSSE standard requirements
- Attend, monitor and place control on breakdown of all plant equipment
- Set-up and implement effective Preventive Maintenance Plan.
- Keep adequate inventory of critical spares.
- Calibrate all measuring equipment and process instruments.
- Participate in the preparation of emergency procedure and ensure compliance and provide necessary support as required.
- Assure the safety of maintenance team in compliance with occupational safety and health regulations
- Identify, develop and implement training programs to Maintenance Team.
- Monitor and provide control programs for Utility KPI
- Monitor and control monthly maintenance spending.
