Machine Operator - AAF International Air Filtration Systems LLC

Prior to machine day to day operation to do prerequisite machine inspection i.e. check for loose bolts tightened if necessary secure all necessary safety guard are properly in place and secured. Clean and put lubrication on all points that required daily lubrication. Check for any unnecessary material that may obstruct operation and observe proper housekeeping every day.

Responsible for machine sets up and operations of machines assign to operate such as rolling machine spot welder pleating machine media side sealer PU dispenser gasket adhesion machine and/or any related machine that is required to produce the specific product.

Read and understand the standard operating procedure and/ or work instruction (WI) pertaining on how to process raw material to determine the correct machine set up production method and sequence of operation to produce the correct component / product according to product drawings/ blueprints as part of quality specifications.

tools (hand tools and builtin gauges.) to ensure the product is according to drawing specification. To adjusts controls of machine to set and regulate machine factors such as air pressure heat machine speed among others if needed.Perform proper maintenance as per plan and keep the surrounding and machine clean at all times.To fill up all necessary forms such as process checklist and quality inspection checklist with diligence at all times as required to ensure adherence to quality of the product produce.To inform immediately the line supervisor for any instances of nonconformance with the product produce by the machine. 1 2 year experience in operating machine in a manufacturing company.Knowledge & experience in machine maintenance / quality oriented in manufacturing processes with the ability to apply it in practice.Have pleasant personality and the ability to work under pressure communicating independently with peers in all department of the factory.Should be able to perform all basic operation maintenance quality functions mentioned above with the ability to do addhock tasks requested by the AAF Middle East Management team.Proper reading speaking of English language
