Education and Experience: Secondary education with extensive practical experience in the field of maintenance. The role may require advanced technical qualifications or certifications in maintenance.
Technical Knowledge: A deep understanding of the systems and equipment used in maintenance, including machinery, tools, power systems, cooling/heating, and electricity.
Supervisory Skills: Ability to manage a maintenance team, direct daily operations, and plan schedules and resources.
Personal skills: good communication skills, ability to deal with emergencies and make quick, organizational decisions.
