Tasks
- Organizing imports and exports for international trade
- Managing international markets (deliveries to Europe from all over the world)
- Registration and preparation of documentation for customs clearance in Europe work with customs brokers
- Understanding certification requirements in the EU
- Sourcing new service providers on favorable terms for the company
- Preparing reports and planning expenses
- Working with Business Process Management software
- Negotiating and signing contracts with new partners
Requirements
- Experience working with transportation companies and knowledge of the freight market
- Knowledge of transportation and freight legislation (international logistics)
- Experience working with Business Process Management software
- Ability to quickly respond to changing requests
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in English and Russian languages
