Job Summary
Logistics Coordinator Offshore
Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the organization of MHE mobilization and demobilization including operators.
- Monitor and coordinate on-site deployment schedules to ensure equipment availability aligns with project requirements.
- Collaborate with drivers site supervisors and transport teams to ensure operational timeliness.
- Maintain detailed records of equipment usage operational hours and fuel consumption as needed.
- Ensure all deployed equipment meets ADNOC standards and certifications.
- Assist in monitoring training CICPA PTW and safety certifications for operators and equipment.
- Keep comprehensive and up-to-date records of all documentation including third-party certifications and inspection logs.
- Act as a key liaison between end-users internal teams and site management for effective communication.
- Document daily activity logs and equipment breakdown reports.
- Prepare and submit regular reports (daily weekly ad-hoc) on operational status and compliance.
- Adhere strictly to ADNOC HSE policies and company safety guidelines.
- Promptly report any incidents unsafe conditions or equipment malfunctions.
- Participate actively in safety briefings toolbox talks and awareness sessions.
Qualifications & Characteristics:
Education Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering Logistics or a related field.
Work Experience 2 to 3 years experience in offshore operations
Technical Skills-
Familiarity with equipment such as cranes forklifts telehandlers and trailers.
Basic understanding of equipment certification and site requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook).
