Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Listing Agent Team Leader to join our real estate team. This role is perfect for someone who can lead inspire and manage a high-performing team of property listing agents while driving premium listings on Property Finder and Dubizzle.

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of listing agents to achieve and exceed targets.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract property owners and increase high-quality listings.
Oversee listing operations streamline processes and optimize team productivity.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure exceptional service and retention.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and maintain competitive advantage.

Requirements

Proven experience in real estate listings and sales preferably with team leadership experience.
Strong expertise in Property Finder and Dubizzle platforms.
Excellent leadership communication and negotiation skills.
Track record of achieving or exceeding sales and listing targets.
