Legal Manager- Real Estate Investment

• Provide expert legal advice and guidance to the organization on various legal matters related to real estate development, property management, and investment activities.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external legal counsel, and government authorities to resolve legal issues and disputes effectively.
• Conduct legal research to stay updated on relevant laws and precedents.
• Develop and implement legal strategies to protect the company's interests.
• Provide legal support in the due diligence process for potential acquisitions or partnerships.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Law; Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
• 5 to 8 years of proven legal experience, with a focus on real estate, property management and investment.
• Prior experience working as a legal consultant in prestigious law firms.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of UAE legal framework and regulations pertaining to real estate and investments
