Job Description

- Draft, unify and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company's full legal rights.
- Ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations that apply to the business to protect the company's needs.
- Managing and mitigating legal risks by designing and implementing company policies and procedures to support the Company's needs and protect the Company's interest.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various contracts and agreements to support the business in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Company.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of corporate legal policies and procedures across the group.
The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of commercial/corporate law experience, including a minimum of 2 years with a law firm.
- Bachelor's in law from a reputable university
- Qualified in the UK, US or similar jurisdiction
- For non-UK or US qualified individuals, bilingual proficiency in Arabic/English is required
- Experience in retail or telecommunications sector is desirabl
