Key Requirements
- Six or more years of hands-on experience in administering compliance monitoring and risk management. Demonstrated ability to provide strategic advice to senior stakeholders
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex compliance and risk management concepts to diverse audiences
- Expertise in facilitating, monitoring, and ensuring comprehensive compliance with national and international legislation, regulations, and professional standards for business conduct
- Ideally coming from a manufacturing or industrial company background. Experience in a multinational company is preferred
- Proven track record in effectively managing and delivering on the governance needs of finance, legal, and human resources operations
