Job Overview

Kudzu Infotech is seeking a Senior Lead MS Dynamic CRM Developer to join our team in Dubai on a fulltime basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in MS Dynamics CRM customization and CRM data migration along with a robust background in C# development plugin development workflow development JavaScript customization and integration with other systems. This role also requires strong team leadership abilities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Extensive experience in MS Dynamics CRM customization (Mandatory skill)
• Proven track record of CRM data migration projects (Mandatory skill)
• Proficient in C# development with a deep understanding framework
• Experience in plugin development for MS Dynamics CRM
• Proficiency in workflow development and business process automation
• Skilled in JavaScript customization within the CRM environment
• Experience with integration of MS Dynamics CRM with other systems
• Strong team leadership and project management skills including the ability to mentor junior developers

Skill Sets:

• MS Dynamics 365 version 1612 8.2.3.252 (DB 8.2.3.252 onpremises version (Sales and Case Management Modules)
• MS ADX version 8.2.28.11
• MS SQL Server 2019 CU8
• Experience with Dynamics Cloud Migration to Cloud.
• Insurance domain P&C and Medical
• UAE experience is preferred
• 10 years of Experience
• MS DynamicsCRMON PREMISETechnicalLead (version details shared above)
• Understanding of Insurance preferred
• Reasonably good communication skills since he will be our only rep onsite

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and customization of MS Dynamics CRM to meet business requirements
• Oversee CRM data migration activities ensuring data integrity and accuracy
• Develop custom plugins and workflows to extend CRM functionality
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems
• Implement and customize JavaScript libraries to enhance CRM capabilities
• Mentor and guide junior developers providing technical oversight and leadership
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Ensure adherence to best practices in development deployment and documentation
