Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and civil works with a proven track record of accurately surveying land and providing detailed reports and data to support project planning and execution.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Surveying or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Land Surveyor preferably in construction and civil works experience working in the UAE is preferred
- Proficient in survey equipment (GPS Total Station AutoCAD Civil 3D).
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles techniques and methods
- Strong knowledge of civil drawings layouts and setting out works.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid drivers license and ability to travel to different job sites as needed
Responsibilities:
- Conduct accurate land surveys and measurements using a variety of surveying equipment and techniques
- Prepare and maintain detailed survey reports maps and drawings
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate and timely survey data for project planning and execution
- Monitor and document construction progress and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues with survey data
- Utilize GPS and other surveying technology to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Train and supervise junior surveyors and surveying assistants as needed
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures on job sites
