We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Laboratory Technician in Dubai UAE. Our client is a reputed organization in the Healthcare / Diagnostics sector seeking skilled motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below apply early as positions are limited.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform biological hematological chemical and physical laboratory analyses.
- Conduct bacteriological and serological testing on clinical specimens.
- Operate maintain calibrate and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and analyzers.
- Prepare reagents media and laboratory solutions with high accuracy.
- Perform microscopic examinations and slide preparation.
- Collect and process blood urine sputum tissue and other clinical samples.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 15189:2022 JCI EIAC DHA DOH and MOH standards.
- Participate in quality control quality improvement initiatives and laboratory audits.
Required Skills
- Clinical Laboratory Testing Accurate execution of diagnostic laboratory procedures.
- Hematology Analysis Blood counts differential counts and related testing.
- Biochemistry Testing Liver renal thyroid cardiac and glucose analysis.
- Quality Control & Compliance Adherence to laboratory quality standards.
- Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) Documentation and data management.
Preferred Skills
- Chromatography and Electrophoresis techniques.
- Immunoassay analyzer operation.
- Laboratory accreditation and audit exposure.
Work Experience Requirements
Experience in clinical diagnostic laboratories hospitals or pathology laboratories is preferred. Candidates should have hands-on exposure to laboratory instruments specimen processing quality control procedures and compliance with healthcare laboratory standards. Typical experience range: 25 years.
Education
- Minimum: . Medical Laboratory Technology / Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent (Typical)
- Preferred: Postgraduate qualification in Laboratory Sciences
- Additional Certifications: Laboratory Quality Management / ISO-related certifications
