Position: Customer Support Specialist (Korean Speaker)
Location: Ras Al Khaimah United Arab Emirates (On-site)
Responsibilities:
Provide customer support in Korean via chat email and phone
Assist users with inquiries account-related requests and issue resolution
Deliver accurate information and timely solutions
Escalate complex cases when necessary
Maintain high customer satisfaction standards
Collaborate with international teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently
Requirements:
C2 level Korean proficiency
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
Willingness to relocate and work on-site in the UAE
Responsible patient and detail-oriented personality
Previous customer service experience is a plus
