Kitchen Designer

Adriatic Sea Kitchens LLC, located in Sharjah, UAE, is a leading player in the wood product manufacturing industry. We are currently seeking a Senior Kitchen Designer / Sales & Project Coordinator to join our dynamic this role, you will oversee the end-to-end customer journey encompassing design consultation, sales, production coordination, and project delivery. Your blend of creative design expertise, technical acumen, sales proficiency, and customer rapport will ensure seamless project execution and utmost client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and pursue new sales leads through various channels.

- Conduct in-depth customer consultations to grasp project needs, budgets, and timelines.

- Design diverse kitchen solutions and prepare detailed drawings using 2020 Design software.

- Coordinate site measurements and resolve technical installation issues.

- Calculate project costs accurately, prepare detailed quotations, and negotiate pricing.

- Oversee production documentation, order materials, and coordinate with suppliers.

- Manage project timelines, liaise with internal teams, and ensure timely project delivery.

- Maintain customer communication, schedule reviews, and address post-installation requirements efficiently.

Requirements & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

- 3-5 years of experience in kitchen design and sales.

- Proficiency in design software like 2020 Design and AutoCAD.

- Strong knowledge of kitchen manufacturing processes, materials, appliances, and installation.

- Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

- Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and time management abilities.

- Commitment to quality, accuracy, and meeting project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience in customized kitchen manufacturing is advantageous.
