Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Five years of sales and leadership experience in the FMCG industry with a special focus on personal care products, including success in Sales Force Effectiveness and Sales Training
- Strategic, analytical and systemic vision and customer focus
- Strong leadership with excellent influencing, communication and presentation skills
- Experience with managing hyper/supermarket in the fast-moving consumer goods industry
