About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Executive HORECA to manage and grow strategic relationships with premium hospitality customers including 4 & 5-star hotels airline companies catering companies and golf clubs.

The ideal candidate will have strong FMCG sales experience in the UAE market a proven track record in key account management and an established network within the hospitality sector. This role requires a commercially driven professional who can develop business opportunities strengthen customer partnerships and deliver sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow sales profitability and market share within assigned HORECA key accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across hotels airlines catering companies and golf clubs.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the assigned territory/channel.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements business plans and customer development activities to achieve growth targets.
  • Manage key account performance through sales analysis forecasting ROI evaluation and profitability reviews.
  • Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and successful execution of account strategies.

Requirements

  • English & Arabic Language.
  • Bachelors degree from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 2 years of UAE FMCG sales experience in a Key Account Executive role.
  • Strong existing network and relationships with 4 & 5-star hotels and HORECA customers in Dubai.
  • Proven experience in key account management business development and commercial negotiations.
  • Strong understanding of sales reports ROI analysis P&L management and commercial performance tracking.
  • Strong negotiation presentation and persuasion abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with strong planning and time management skills.
  • Valid UAE Driving License.

  • Competitive Salary: Up to AED 14000 per month
  • Performance Commission: Up to AED 3000 per month
