Requirements
- 12 years of retail sales experience.
- Bachelors degree in any field with completed certificate mandatory.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- English communication is mandatory.
- Open to Arabic and non-Arabic speakers.
- Target-oriented with a strong interest in sales.
- Willing to relocate anywhere within the UAE.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Age 30 years or below subject to age verification

Required Skills:
Minimum 02 years of managerial experience in GCC Modern Trade preferably within UAE telecom sales. Proven experience managing a large multi-location field sales team. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and improving staff productivity. Strong knowledge of retail sales operations performance management customer experience and compliance controls. Strong analytical coaching communication and stakeholder-management skills. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel extensively across the UAE.
