ملخص الوظيفة

Promote and sell telecom products services plans and packages at franchise outlets.

Approach customers understand their needs and recommend suitable products.

Explain product features pricing promotions and offers clearly.

Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales targets.

Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.

Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive customer relationships.

Complete sales documentation and transactions accurately.

Follow company and Etisalat/e& policies and procedures.

Requirements

12 years of retail sales experience.
Bachelors degree in any field with completed certificate mandatory.
Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
English communication is mandatory.
Open to Arabic and non-Arabic speakers.
Target-oriented with a strong interest in sales.
Willing to relocate anywhere within the UAE.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Age 30 years or below subject to age verification

Benefits

Basic Salary: AED 3500 per month.

Average monthly earning potential: AED 5000 based on target achievement.

Required Skills:

Minimum 02 years of managerial experience in GCC Modern Trade preferably within UAE telecom sales. Proven experience managing a large multi-location field sales team. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and improving staff productivity. Strong knowledge of retail sales operations performance management customer experience and compliance controls. Strong analytical coaching communication and stakeholder-management skills. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel extensively across the UAE.
