Junior Legal Secretary Dubai UAE
Our client an international law firm is seeking to recruit a Junior Legal Secretary with around 2 years experience as a legal secretary to grow into the role. Supporting the common law team the candidate will be supporting with tasks such as Intapp time filing bundling Interaction.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Audio typing using digital dictation and copy typing of documents and correspondence
- Receiving and directing telephone calls in accordance with the firms policy
- Diary management arranging meetings seminars external and internal client lunches
- Dealing with telephone queries and arranging conference calls
- Travel arrangements
- Formatting documents in line with firms housestyling policy
- Creating PowerPoint presentations
Salary is from AED15000 up to AED18000.
