Qualifications

  • Able to provide Environmental Protection, Health & Safety Functional Leadership at sile level to ensure compliance to PepsiCo EHS standards and legal requirements as a minimum
  • Environmental, Health & Safety Management skills required for implementation, audit and governance of legal and corporate standards plus investigation, risk assessment, legal knowledge
  • Functional technical and operational knowledge of juice manufacturing technology to enable pragmatic and effective solutions to be found to promote business efficiency, not restrict it.
  • Technical knowledge and skills to high level of proficiency over a wide range of EHS technical competences
  • Trainning in ISO for EHS management 14001/ISO45001
  • Ability to create actionable plans and deliver against required timelines
  • Effective decision making abilities
  • Have attention to detail, follow-up, and excellent organizational skills.
  • Good written and oral communication skills plus numeracy
  • High integrity, with personal commitment the importance of employee health and safety and environmental responsibilities for Pepsico
  • Organiation skills, ability to handle multiple work streams.
