Job Summary:
We are hiring Junior / Helper Body Shop to support painting and surface preparation activities in an automotive workshop. This role is ideal for candidates with basic experience in painting assistance who are eager to learn and grow in the automotive body shop domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist painters during vehicle painting and finishing processes
Prepare vehicle surfaces by sanding panels and removing imperfections
Clean and prepare panels before paint application
Support masking and surface preparation activities
Mix basic paints under supervision
Maintain painting tools equipment and work area
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the paint shop at all times
Follow safety guidelines and workshop procedures
Requirements
12 years of experience in body shop / painting assistance
Basic knowledge of sanding masking and painting tools
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Physically fit and able to work in workshop conditions
Good teamwork and discipline
Experience in automotive body shop is preferred
ITI or technical training is an added advantage

Required Skills:
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil Engineer. Gulf experience is mandatory. Experience in site supervision and tender bidding is essential.
