Junior Digital Marketing Executive

The American University in the Emirates (AUE) is seeking a motivated and creative Junior Digital Marketing Executive to support the Universitys digital marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will assist in executing digital campaigns managing social media and paid advertising activities monitoring campaign performance and contributing to the Universitys online presence student engagement and lead generation efforts.

This role is ideal for an individual looking to grow their career in digital marketing while gaining hands-on experience across multiple digital platforms.

Salary Range

AEDper month (subject to experience) additional benefits

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Digital Media Business or a related field.
• 02 years of experience in Digital Marketing (internships are a plus).
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and online advertising.
• Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads Manager is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles and Google Analytics is preferred.
• Experience with Canva Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Support

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms.
• Support lead generation and student recruitment campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal teams to develop digital marketing content.

Digital Campaign Management

• Assist in managing campaigns on Google Meta LinkedIn YouTube TikTok and other digital platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic performance reports.
• Support audience targeting and campaign optimization activities.

Social Media & Content

• Assist in creating and scheduling content for social media channels.
• Monitor engagement and respond to basic inquiries when required.
• Coordinate with the design team to develop digital creatives.

Website & Analytics

• Support website content updates and landing page optimization.
• Assist in tracking campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
• Prepare basic reports on website traffic and campaign results.

SEO Support

• Assist with keyword research and on-page SEO improvements.
• Help monitor website performance and search rankings.
• Support technical SEO tasks under the guidance of senior team members.

Reporting & Administration

• Maintain campaign records and marketing documentation.
• Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing reports.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices.
