- irectly oversee and coordinate the efforts of ICITAP subject matter experts SME who will be implementing land sea and air projects in SFSP areas of responsibility br Coordinate with the efforts of the Academy Development Coordinator and Curriculum Developers to increase the skill sets of SFSP personnel as needed to perform coordination and interoperability efforts br Closely coordinate with the ICITAP Regional Operations Advisor ensuring an adequate information flow between the regions and the Joint Operations Center JOC br Develop and maintain close working relationships with their Saudi counterparts providing advice and guidance where appropriate br Act as mentor and advisor to Saudi counterparts in the development of institutional capacity
