Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in accounting or related financial field. Extensive experience in accounting and financial management.
Financial knowledge: A deep understanding of financial reports, taxes, accounting laws, and the preparation and analysis of periodic financial statements.
Analytical skills: The ability to analyze financial data, discover potential trends and problems, and make sound strategic decisions.
Leadership and Management: Ability to lead the accounting team, direct daily business, and motivate and develop the team to achieve financial goals.
