Job Summary
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all phases of joinery and fitout projects ensuring quality schedule and budget goals are met.
- Review and interpret technical drawings joinery shop drawings and project plans.
- Coordinate with clients designers architects and main contractors to ensure project specifications and expectations are fully aligned.
- Supervise and monitor the manufacturing and installation processes ensuring high standards of craftsmanship and adherence to project timelines.
- Manage production teams subcontractors and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Develop and maintain project schedules track progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
- Ensure all health & safety quality and regulatory requirements are consistently met.
- Provide leadership motivation and direction to crossfunctional project teams.
- Identify potential risks or delays and implement proactive solutions.
Key Qualifications:
- A bachelors degree in Construction Management Interior Design Architecture Civil Engineering or a related field Degree of Diploma in Architecture Interior Design or any related field.
- Must have 10 years above experience from reputed firms in UAE/GCC.
- Must have worked on any hotel projects in the UAE/GCC.
- Strong understanding of bespoke joinery cabinetry and highend interior fitout works.
- Solid experience in production management and coordination with manufacturing units.
- Ability to read and interpret detailed architectural and joinery drawings.
- Excellent project management leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Knowledge of project management software is a plus.
- UAE experience is mandatory.
- Must be currently based in the UAE and available immediately.
